Quick Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Experience: 2+ years in event operations or trade activation
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Manage venues, vendors, staging, transport and permits for assigned events; keep run-sheets and checklists current.
• Run setup, registration, program flow and teardown; coordinate field support and video coverage on event days.
• Coordinate production and delivery of event branding, POSM and giveaways with the Channel and Design teams.
• Compile attendance, participation and cost actuals into post-event reports within the agreed timeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Fluency in Khmer and good working English (written and spoken).
• Experience in event logistics and vendor coordination; budget tracking; run-sheet discipline.
• Organized under pressure; zero-surprise coordinator.
• Provincial travel required.
