Key Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft security consulting engagements from pursuit through delivery.
• Provide advisory and implementation leadership across Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Security, Microsoft Defender, Data Security & Microsoft Purview, Collaboration Security, and AI Security.
• Support business development, proposals, and client pursuits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading Microsoft Security consulting engagements or teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 Security and Microsoft Purview programmes.
• Strong experience across Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Security Copilot.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-100, SC-300, SC-400, MD-102, SC-200) are required.
