Finance Controller

Hays is seeking a Finance Controller for an SGX listed manufacturing firm in Singapore. This role is part of their succession planning and requires overseeing the full spectrum of financial management, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

• Experience: 10 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the full spectrum of financial management of the Group.
• Ensuring statutory compliance and financial reporting.
• Ensuring adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and SGX listing requirements.
• Supporting operational performance in a manufacturing environment.
• Combining strong technical accounting knowledge with commercial acumen.
• Experience in cost accounting within manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or Business Finance.
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience, ideally in the manufacturing space.
• Strong leadership skill sets and good at operations.
• A strong business partner who is able to deal with various stakeholders.
• Experience in cost accounting within manufacturing operations.
