Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research, including mapping, referencing, and networking.
• Engage in client meetings from the outset, gaining direct exposure to senior mandates.
• Utilize technology effectively to support research and work compilation.
• Map and identify senior-level candidates for Director to Board level placements.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the private markets and financial services sectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in senior retained search.
• Ability to work effectively in client meetings and build rapport.
• Proficiency in using technology for research and data management.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Experience with financial markets and services, including real estate, private equity, private credit, and infrastructure.
