Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with large multinational corporate clients across a range of industries.
• Drive revenue growth and increase wallet share by identifying new opportunities across corporate banking products.
• Partner with product specialists and international relationship teams to deliver tailored banking solutions.
• Manage credit quality, client requirements, and internal stakeholders while developing trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

Requirements

• Proven corporate banking or relationship management experience covering large corporate or multinational clients.
• Strong knowledge of credit and lending, cash management, trade finance, and markets products.
• Strong credit analysis, financial assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English with excellent client-facing communication skills.
