Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes and procedures within the Google Cloud Security SOC, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Integrate new Google products and services into the operational environment in collaboration with process and automation teams.
• Evaluate and improve Google technologies and tools used in the SOC, maintaining protection against current threats.
• Work with strategic clients to adapt SOC processes to their needs and perform POCs (proofs of concept).
• Define metrics and reports that measure operational effectiveness and the impact of new solutions (including Gemini).
• Train and guide the SOC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Document architectures, deployment guides, and best practices.
• Design new security products and services based on Google Cloud (e.g., assessments, consulting).
• Identify synergies and operational efficiencies, optimizing resources.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations (SOC, SecOps, Cloud Security).
• Direct experience with SIEM, YARA-L, detection rules, and ingestion pipelines.
• Deep technical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in Google Cloud Security solutions: SIEM, Threat Intelligence, and Cloud Security.
• Minimum B2 English level (essential).
