Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of GenAI, Agentic AI workflows, and advanced ML models.
• Link state-of-the-art AI research and production-grade engineering.
• Steer the ML vision and strategy.
• Embed AI microservices into high traffic web and mobile apps.
• Ensure awareness of responsible AI.
• Manage MLOPS & GenAIOps production deployment.

Requirements

• Proven banking experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles across Machine Learning, Data Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong background in hands-on ML roles.
• Deep understanding of embedding AI microservices into high traffic web and mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud ecosystems.
• Proven experience designing and deploying GenAI architectures.
• Awareness of responsible AI.
• MLOPS & GenAIOps production deployment experience.
• Experience leading teams of 40+ (IC's & Managers).
• Ability to scale the ML function.
