Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests and clients, maintaining The Ritz London’s legendary standards.
• Be fully conversant with all menu items, including ingredients, presentation, accompaniments, and availability.
• Possess excellent communication skills, including taking guest orders, recommending specialities, and upselling where relevant.
• Work closely with the kitchen, managers, and sommelier team to ensure an unparalleled food, beverage, and service experience in The Ritz Restaurant.
• Maintain a polite and professional attitude towards internal and external guests.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a 5-Star or fine dining property.
• Awareness of luxury service standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Great command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong administrative skills and computer knowledge.
