• Take ownership of business areas across the UK and EMEA.
• Help leaders navigate growth, organisational change, performance, and talent.
• Address complex people challenges and navigate ambiguity.
• Coach and challenge leaders.
• Build relationships intentionally and manage upwards.
• Handle complex ER and change when needed.

Requirements

• Experienced, commercial, and emotionally intelligent People Partner.
• Confident building credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Solid generalist HR foundation.
• Experience in creative, media, retail, advertising, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Enjoys complexity and desires autonomy.
