Key Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to children.
• Supervise and plan all activities offered at the Kids Club.
• Conduct and host birthday parties and special events.
• Create new arts and crafts and plan new ideas for seasonal events.
• Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained for children's safety.
• Report directly to the Kids Club supervisor with any incidents or feedback.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Russian Language is required.
• Passion for working with children.
• Must be fun, creative, enthusiastic, positive, flexible, and good at multi-tasking.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
