• Assess clients' financial situations and gather financial documentation.
• Prepare mortgage applications and coordinate with banks for approvals.
• Monitor market trends and mortgage rates, presenting options clearly.
• Support clients throughout the application and closing process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Requirements

• Strong mortgage brokerage expertise and familiarity with Brokerage practices.
• Solid finance knowledge, including lending criteria, risk assessment, and Debt Consolidation.
• Skills in Mortgage Marketing to generate leads and build client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and local real estate market is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software; fluency in English required, Arabic is a plus.
