Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, vacuum, operate skimmers, and all associated pool equipment.
• Adjust pool chemicals and temperatures according to instructions, referring problems to the manager promptly.
• Carry out maintenance and service to water and wastewater facilities and systems, including pump rooms.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in pool equipment and associated systems.
• Ensure facility appearance and cleanliness is maintained, including spring clean-up and winterization.
• Respond to guest complaints regarding maintenance in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
• Ability to pick up debris and trash on pool deck and grounds.
• Ability to maintain and correct chemical levels in water production, waste, and pool plant.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and repair equipment.
• Ability to assemble and install metal duct work and heating, cooling, pumping systems.
• Ability to maintain logs for all work performed.
