Key Responsibilities

• Secure competitive rates for air import services.
• Manage air import pricing inquiries efficiently.
• Prepare accurate quotations for clients and partners.
• Negotiate rates with airlines, agents, and overseas partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and airlines to ensure smooth operations.
• Understand and apply knowledge of UAE import clearance and applicable charges.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in air import pricing within a freight forwarding company.
• Strong contacts with international network agents and overseas partners.
• Good knowledge of airline routing, capacity, schedules and transit times.
• Knowledge of air import products and cargo types moving into the UAE.
• Understanding of UAE import clearance, documentation and applicable charges.
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding systems.
