ECOHESION Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Bridgetown, Saint Michael, Barbados. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities, including plans, estimates, scoping, and progress reports.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, and proposals for engineering and design-build opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for proposals and project execution.
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables.
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client and internal expectations.
• Perform site visits, site inspections, and field engineering roles.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a project management role.
• Excellent project management skills including client relationships, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex projects with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
