Key Responsibilities

• Maintain visual identity and standards across digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Design high-converting static and motion advertisements for paid digital and social campaigns.
• Craft visually compelling email marketing designs and promotional templates.
• Create, optimize, and refresh product detail page imagery for DTC storefronts and sales platforms.
• Produce animated graphics, motion-based ad creatives, and dynamic visual treatments.
• Develop multiple variations of top-performing creative assets to support ad iteration.

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience within DTC, e-commerce, beauty, hair-care, or consumer goods brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva; experience with AI-assisted design tools is preferred.
• Strong background in executing creative briefs independently and managing design template libraries.
• High production speed, meticulous attention to visual detail, low revision requirements, and a collaborative approach to performance feedback.
• Ability to work inclusively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
