Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail modules for grocery store operations.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for D365 Commerce modules, POS, Store Commerce, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Act as Solution Architect, defining solutions, configurations, and leading enhancements and troubleshooting.
• Manage integrations between D365 and other retail applications (payment gateways, ERP, e-commerce, etc.).
• Support critical grocery retail processes including POS operations, product management, pricing, and customer transactions.
• Lead retail transformation and system implementation projects, managing budgets, timelines, and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Retail Management, IT, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in retail operations and/or retail technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce or similar platforms.
• Experience as a Solution Architect for Retail Tech with D365 commerce modules and integrations.
• Experience with Azure integration technologies, APIs, middleware, and cloud services.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
