Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation and air conditioning of hotel building equipment.
• Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, electric furnaces, packaged terminal units, ductless split systems, humidification and dehumidification equipment, electronic air cleaners and air purification systems.
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues to keep equipment functioning properly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and direct maintenance to all HVACR system.
• Install parts such as Compressor, motor, condenser, evaporator, air filters, .switches and gauges and copper lines for gas, refrigerant, compressed air and chilled water.
• Fill system with gas or fluid and test foe leaks.
