Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
• Be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes, and upsell to customers.
• Provide high personalized standard of quality and efficient, friendly service.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties, collecting all general and food and beverage requisitions.
• Strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures, and monitor operating supplies to reduce spoilage and wastage.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1-2 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently, establishing rapport and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Perform cashiering functions and adhere to outlet cashiering procedures.
• Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag, maintaining high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.
