Key Responsibilities

• Handmake and pour all Barista-prepared drinks, including ice ones.
• Take responsibility for making people their favourite drinks with care and energy.
• Undergo weeks of training to gain skills, pace, and confidence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and spread joy through small acts of kindness.
• Maintain amazing standards every day.
