Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary department standards of behavior, appearance, and attitude.
• Take ownership of all guest requests, ensuring thorough follow-up for maximum satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Butler, Housekeeping, and other departments regarding special guest requests.
• Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities, and be knowledgeable of loyalty programs.
• Ensure good communication about guests throughout departments and handle guest complaints effectively.
• Send pre-arrival emails, update guest profiles, and ensure repeat guests and VIPs receive special recognition.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably one other language.
• Ability to develop rapport with and gain support from Colleagues and Management staff.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Ability to promote positive relations with all guests and patrons.
• Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
