Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & offboarding
• Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, employee records & payroll inputs
• Support probation, performance & employee development
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR support
• Coordinate employee engagement & culture initiatives
• Support and improve HR policies, SOPs & processes
• Prepare HR reports and support People & Culture projects
• Identify process gaps and take ownership of improvements

Requirements

• 1.5–2+ years of relevant HR experience
• Hands-on experience in recruitment & core HR operations
• Strong communication, organisation & follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Good English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
