Flannery Plant Hire, the UK’s leading provider of plant hire and specialist attachments, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its marketing team in Wembley. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual at the start of their design career to gain valuable experience across digital and print projects. You will support brand campaigns, create engaging content, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual content for digital and print platforms.
- Create graphics for social media, websites, presentations, advertising, and internal communications.
- Assist in developing branded templates and layouts for consistent use across the company.
- Contribute creative ideas and support the visual development of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver projects on time and in line with brand standards.
- Maintain high design quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.
Requirements
- A portfolio demonstrating creative ability (student, freelance, or personal projects welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
- Understanding of layout, typography, and colour principles.
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms.
- Interest in motion graphics or video editing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) for adapting designs.
