Key Responsibilities

• Develop new products and continuously improve existing ones to meet market demands.
• Evaluate and select raw materials and packaging materials for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee post-commercialization monitoring of new products to ensure performance and quality standards.
• Conduct market analysis to assess the performance, quality, and positioning of existing products.
• Monitor product samples to ensure performance aligns with company standards and objectives.

Requirements

• Preferred degrees: BSc in Food Science & Technology, Food Engineering, Food & Nutrition, Applied Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
• At least 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry is required.
• Good knowledge of bakery items (cookies, dry cake & toast) and biscuits items is preferable.
• Experience with product analysis, market research, product development, costing, and budgeting.
