Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and implement KPIs aligned with organizational and departmental objectives.
• Coordinate the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisal.
• Analyze employee and departmental performance against defined KPIs and provide performance insights.
• Monitor KPI achievement and identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement areas.
• Prepare PMS-related reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding KPI setting and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in performance management and KPI implementation.
• Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and their definition, monitoring, and tracking.
• Proficiency in performance management systems and processes.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
