Key Responsibilities

• Act as the designated Airline Security Postholder and Aviation Security Manager.
• Develop and maintain the Aviation Security Risk Management Framework.
• Conduct security audits and inspections across all operational locations.
• Ensure compliance with ACC3 requirements and secure supply chain standards.
• Develop and maintain security procedures for aircraft maintenance facilities.
• Develop and maintain an Insider Threat Management Programme.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years aviation security experience.
• Minimum 5 years management experience within airline, airport, cargo, military aviation or aviation support environments.
• Extensive knowledge of ICAO Annex 17, ICAO Aviation Security Manual (Doc 8973), IOSA Security Standards, ACC3 Requirements, National Civil Aviation Security Programmes, Air Cargo Security Regulations, and Security Risk Management Principles.
• Experience managing aviation security audits, inspections and regulatory oversight programmes.
• Experience conducting investigations and aviation security risk assessments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
