• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct all operational tasks in Stewarding in line with required service standards and procedures.
• Go the extra (s)mile where you can.
• Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
• Pro-actively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest’s interests at heart.
• Plan, direct, control, coordinate and participate in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
• Maintain impeccably clean kitchen and restaurant equipment.

Requirements

• Genuine service personality, with high EQ.
• Minimum of a high school diploma / College degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 -2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
• Good knowledge of HACCP guidelines and local Hygiene laws.
