• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise VMware infrastructure and associated technologies.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (O365), including Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Manage Windows and Linux server environments.
• Support Microsoft Active Directory, domain and file server infrastructure.
• Manage SCCM, SCOM and Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) environments.
• Perform operating system and infrastructure patching and maintenance.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance and capacity, troubleshooting issues in line with established procedures.
• Use PowerShell and other automation tools to improve infrastructure administration and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Administration.
• UAE experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience managing VMware infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365), including Exchange Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and enterprise on-premise infrastructure.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or other infrastructure automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
