Job Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service with passion and pride.

Support across multiple store areas including service, picking, and replenishment.

Follow training and safety procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Handle products carefully to maintain quality and freshness.

Support seasonal events, promotions, and community activities.

Take part in store routines to improve service, sales, and efficiency.

Accept deliveries and manage stock as needed.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old (due to working hours and store areas).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Team player with the ability to work flexibly across departments.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative.
• Well-presented and enthusiastic about providing great service.
